By accessing and using Adyfire, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our software or services.
022. Subscription & Billing
Adyfire offers various subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Business). Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account access.
033. User Responsibilities
As a store administrator, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your store ID. You must ensure that your use of the software complies with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding sales and data protection.
044. Data Privacy & Security
We prioritize the security of your business data. While we implement industry-standard encryption and security measures, you acknowledge that no system is entirely infallible. You are encouraged to maintain independent backups of your critical business records.
055. Limitation of Liability
Adyfire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
